I’m Alex. I build software and AI agents that reduce manual work, and I fix the problems that stop people from buying. I work directly with the people who have the problem, build the solution myself, and set up the analytics to show whether it worked.
It’s a short form: what you need, a few lines about the project, and your email. I read every inquiry myself and reply by email, usually within 24 hours.
How I work
The job title for this is forward deployed engineer. It means the person who hears about the problem is the person who writes the code, configures the tracking and checks the numbers afterwards, so we can see whether the work did what it was meant to instead of assuming it did.
There’s no account manager or junior developer between us, because Argbe.tech is just me.

Before Argbe.tech, I was Director of Engineering at Conversion Advocates, a conversion rate optimization agency.

My experience
A recent build
Most recently I built an agentic system for conversion optimization. It works on ecommerce data in a closed loop: it reads the analytics, suggests changes, evaluates them, runs the tests and starts again from the results. It can run on its own, or with a person approving what gets tested.
Practical details
- Where I work: Novi Sad, Serbia (Central European Time), remotely.
- How I charge: I usually work for a fixed weekly rate. The work is scoped around a goal rather than a set number of days, and we agree the scope and terms for each project. They’re open to discussion.
